Domoperlen is producing a so-called Lavash bread in cooperation with Therese Mölk GmbH, according to a traditional Persian recipe.
The special feature of the Lavash bread is that it is very thin and soft. It is particularly good as an accompaniment to various dishes, especially oriental ones. This bread is often served together with butter, sheep´s cheese or honey.
